  • $36.99 for the first notarization (notary’s stamp and signature)

  • $21,99 for each additional notarization

• Certified translations of Persian documents: $50 and up, depending on complexity

• Writing affidavits and statutory declarations: $40.99 and up, plus the cost of notarization

In addition to providing notary public and commissioner of affidavits services, Roya offers paralegal services, including landlord and tenant disputes and small claims representation, through her practice Moradi Legal Services. Roya is fluent in English and Persian, and is happy to provide notary services in both languages.
